Yin Yoga Workshop for Better Sleep with Victor Chng


As human beings, we have no choice on our need to sleep. We have to sleep if we want to stay alive. We have to have enough, and good quality sleep, if we want to stay healthy.



If the number of participants to our Yin Yoga Workshop for Better Sleep with Victor Chng held on September 30 was any indication, it seems that there are a lot of people here in Manila who either have sleep problems or want to learn how to improve their sleep quality, or both.

We are grateful to all who have attended the workshop and to Victor for bringing this much needed practice to yoga+.



We hope that those who have attended the workshop have applied what they have learned during the workshop and are now experiencing more restful nights and higher energy during their waking hours.
