Love Peace and Joy!
This blog is inspired by teacher Neil’s encouraging mantra often heard after the third set of Paripurna Navasana.
How many of us are mentally urging the teacher to count faster during this pose or any asana that we find challenging? But even as we do so, there is a part of ourselves that is somehow inspired to find that moment where love, peace and joy dwell within our inhales and exhales.
Deciding to make yoga+ a part of your life is already a start in the desire to be more loving to your body, to cultivate mindfulness, and to live a more joyful and stress-free life.
With this online space, we hope our students will find a venue to share stories, tips, and insights about life on the mat, and beyond. Namaste.
